Lawyers in particular are confronted with large amounts of data on a daily basis. The files are often full to bursting with confidential information and archives due to legal retention periods.
In the course of digitisation and the new European-wide regulation of the handling of personal data from May 2018, lawyers are also faced with the challenge of improving their data handling not only efficient, but also secure and data protection compliant.
For this reason, REISSWOLF International AG has concluded an agreement with the Hamburgischer Anwaltverein (Eng.: Hamburg Lawyers Association; short HAV) has entered into a cooperation agreement that includes the services of physical and digital archiving, digital document management and secure file and data destruction. The overall concept offers the association and its members special attractive conditions.
The aim is to make working with data as easy as possible for the HAV and its members. REISSWOLF supports its members in implementing all requirements of the new European general data protection regulation (GDPR) through the certified REISSWOLF safety systems, which are already data privacy compliant and thus enable safe order processing.
The HAV has almost 3,500 lawyers among its members. The association promotes the professional and economic interests of the legal profession in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and offers its members a varied training programme that ensures the quality of legal work.
