In order to be able to constantly rethink data protection, a breath of fresh air is needed in addition to lived and loved tradition. For many years, REISSWOLF has therefore enjoyed successfully training the future of tomorrow. And this year, too, we can look forward to growing once again and being inspired by new faces.
We currently welcome four new trainees at REISSWOLF in Hamburg, who are being trained in a practical, varied and future-oriented manner to become warehouse logistics specialists and professional drivers.
Every year, we take on trainees in every area of the company and turn them into true data protection experts within 3 years. This gives you the opportunity to gain interdisciplinary experience across the relevant departments, allowing you to get to know the respective internal processes and their joint interaction in detail. With a leap of faith, our well-structured training program also offers scope for independent implementation of projects, so that the trainee feeling quickly disappears in our familiar environment. This training concept, which aims to motivate, has already been recognized by the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce with the Ausbildungszertifikat (engl: apprenticeship certificate).
We are also looking forward to welcoming two dual students who will be studying "Management & Digitalization" at our partner University of Economics & Management (FOM) in September.
As Germany's largest face-to-face university, FOM also runs dual Bachelor's and Master's degree programs at 36 university centers. Thanks to a special time model, the future dual students can apply their academic training directly in practice: Over 7 semesters, they are in the company from Mondays to Wednesdays to always accompany all internal projects, while Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for university life and learning.
In total, REISSWOLF in Hamburg is currently supporting 11 trainees and students. It is with great pride that we train the future forces of data protection, so that the handling of data is continuously made even easier and safer in innovative ways – from which you as a customer can also always benefit.
