WIRO Wohnen in Rostock Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH planned to dissolve its central archive. With 36,000 apartments and more than 600 employees, WIRO, a wholly owned subsidiary of the city, is one of the largest housing companies in Germany. Every third inhabitant of Rostock lives with WIRO.
WIRO was looking for a service provider for the physical archiving of its files.
We also took part in the tender and are pleased that our many years of experience in the field of physical archiving convinced WIRO and that we prevailed against our competitors.
The customer files are a total of 9,600 object files, which will be collected by our drivers in a first major action and in future twice a week in regular tours and stored in our high-security archive.
With the REISSWOLF archiving software, the customer can manage his data conveniently and easily and view every file movement. Archived files required by WIRO for processing can also be made available at regular meetings at the customer's request.
The framework agreement also includes the data and document destruction after expiry of the statutory retention period and customer approval.
