In the wake of the political scandal in Austria, currently referred to as the "Shredder Affair" is getting a lot of attention both online and offline, one thing is very important to us: Nobody at REISSWOLF Austria has given customer or other sensitive data to the public.

Our colleagues in Austria are very affected by the comments in various social media and forums, which accuse us of lacking data security or violation of data protection. Due to the rush of press inquiries at the beginning of the week, Siegfried Schmedler, Managing Director of REISSWOLF Österreich GmbH, gave an interview to ORF as the serious leading medium, in order to emphasize once again that no data was given to the public by the company. The report is still available on the ORF TV desk for the next five days.

For decades, REISSWOLF has stood for data protection and data security at the highest level.
And we all take this very seriously and live it every day – regardless of political developments or media coverage.
