The secure web portal can be used in two different ways or as a combination of the two. The online version provides external archiving in one of our high-security archive facilities. With the office version, the document archives remain with us, but both have the same usage profile. It is therefore easy to merge internal and external archives.
The online version of our archiving software guarantees round-the-clock access to your entire stock of documents, and documents can be requested quickly and directly. If necessary, they can be delivered by a REISSWOLF driver within 3 hours of being requested in the Hamburg area, or can be provided as scan-on-demand anywhere around the world.
User groups and rights can also be defined via our archiving software that give information about all access to data and every document movement. All you need to use our archiving software is an internet connection – nothing more. We will give you the login data for the protected security area and, by creating standardised, customisable labels, you provide information that is directly and automatically transferred to the archiving software database.
Every document has a barcode at all times. As soon as a new label is generated for a document, it is immediately visible as an "active document". Active documents can be processed, re-loaded as PDFs, distributed or deleted.
