REISSWOLF Portugal is expanding its operations in the North of the country with the opening of a new facility for document archiving and confidential destruction.
Located in the Canelas Industrial Park, a major logistics hub in Vila Nova de Gaia, near Porto, the second-largest city in the country, the two buildings strengthen the company’s capacity to meet the need for confidential document management among businesses and institutions in the region.
The opening ceremony took place on June 19th 2026, with the new premises being presented to local clients and partners, who had the opportunity to tour the facilities and learn how confidential document destruction and archive custody services are carried out.
Two buildings for the archive and data destruction
The 1,400 sqm site comprises two dedicated buildings, one for shredding and another for archive storage. The secure destruction facility is equipped with an industrial shredding system for the confidential destruction of paper-based information and electronic media, including dedicated areas for the handling of secure collection containers and the temporary storage of shredded material destined for recycling.
The adjacent archive storage facility is designed to securely store physical records from companies and public institutions, enabling controlled access and retrieval of documents as required.
A brief history of REISSWOLF in Portugal
