Declaration of consent for use of film, image, and sound recordings for internal and external persons
Dear participant in the REISSWOLF International Meeting 2026,
We are pleased about your participation in the REISSWOLF International Meeting 2026. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that by giving your consent, you allow the companies of the REISSWOLF Group to collect, process and store your film, image and sound recordings for the purpose of the communication of the event and the International Partners Network.
1. Consent for public relations
By accepting this Declaration of Consent, I hereby grant REISSWOLF International GmbH (REISSWOLF) permission to use all photographs, film and sound recordings made or pictures registered during the International Partners Meeting 2006 in Hamburg, for the purpose of public relations. This also includes use for the internet presence on the REISSWOLF websites (www.reisswolf.com), the REISSWOLF social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), as well as use for digital and analogue flyers, magazines and, if applicable, trade fair appearances by REISSWOLF. The photos, audio recordings and/or videos are used exclusively for the public relations work of REISSWOLF International GmbH. I waive any claims for payment for the approval/declaration of consent.
2. Clarification regarding distribution possibilities
Information on the internet is accessible worldwide and can be found using search engines and linked to other information, which may be used to create personality profiles about me. Information posted on the internet, including photographs, film footage and sound recordings, can easily be copied and further processed. There are specialised archiving services whose aim is to permanently document the state of certain websites at certain dates. This can mean that information published on the internet can still be found even after it has been deleted on the original site.
Insofar as my recording reveals information about my ethnic origin, religion, or health (e.g. skin colour, headgear, glasses), my consent also refers to this information.
3. Revocation
This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages. I can also revoke this consent at any time in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail).
REISSWOLF media on which I am recognisable, and which essentially show only me will then be immediately removed from the REISSWOLF media and no longer used. If I am depicted on the media together with other persons, the media does not have to be removed, but it is sufficient if I am immediately made unrecognisable.
I have been expressly informed about article 22 of the „Gesetz betreffend das Urheberrecht an Werken der bildenden Künste und der Photographie“ (eng.: "Act on the Protection of the Copyright in Works of Art and Photographs), short KunstUrhG.
The text of Article 22 KunstUrhG reads as follows:
Portraits may only be distributed or publicly displayed with the consent of the person portrayed. In case of doubt, consent shall be deemed to have been granted if the person portrayed received remuneration for having his or her image reproduced. After the death of the person depicted, the consent of the relatives of the person depicted is required for a period of 10 years. For the purposes of this Act, relatives are the surviving spouse or civil partner and the children of the person depicted and, if there is neither a spouse or civil partner nor children, the parents of the person depicted.
4. Assignment of rights for image, film, or sound recordings
I hereby assign to REISSWOLF the rights to my image, film or sound recording for the purposes of public relations. I am aware that I can revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future. This subsequent right of objection does not apply to print media already distributed or in print. The revocation does not cover the use of the image on the REISSWOLF websites, unless expressly stated otherwise and the image serves purely illustrative purposes.
I have taken note of the additional information on the processing of my personal data from the annex "Data protection information regarding the production and use of photo and/or video recordings in accordance with Art. 13 of the GDPR".
