Ana is a highly-skilled Business Developer & Consultant, experienced in working both with startups and multinationals. For the last 7 years she is selling complete document management solutions and developing strategic partnerships in more than 30 countries on 3 continents.
Ana is competent in franchise systems and translating these into organizational processes for our franchisees. She likes to think “out of the box”, when crafting the strategy for a new market entry but not only, and is interested in new technologies like A.I., block chain, V.R.
From the education point of view, Ana holds an Executive MBA from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland (a top 100 EMBA`s programs worldwide), she is knowledgeable in Project Management and she is also a Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (2020) .
Michael Witte
Director Solutions & Customers International
Since November 2020, Michael is in charge of a new department at REISSWOLF International: “Solutions & Customers International”. This department is the link between REISSWOLF International central services such as Business Development, Product Management as well as International Key Accounting and Tender Support. So Michael & his team is in charge of keeping the international network always at least one step ahead of our competitors, be it by promoting and rolling out new services to the network, keeping an eye on international markets, collecting feedback from the markets or by winning international customer contracts and tenders.
Before, he was Franchise Manager at REISSWOLF International, in charge of Western and Northern Europe but also MEA. After joining REISSWOLF International in 2014, he won new partners incl. one master franchise partner in a number of countries.
Before working with REISSWOLF, Michael earned wide international experience at the headquarter of one of the biggest European retail groups where he supported international expansion work in 8 countries.
Michael holds Master’s degrees in both Geography and Political Science (Freiburg University) as well as a License (Bachelor) in Géographie et Aménagement du territoire (University de Toulouse II). He has lived or worked in quite a number of countries and speaks German, French, English and Italian.
