By switching to electronic invoicing, our customers not only help us to save time and costs for paper, printing, envelopes and postage, they also contribute to conserving resources and avoiding unnecessary transport procedures. At the same time, they also benefit from faster and location-independent receipt of their invoice documents.
The invoice documents are sent in ZUGFeRD PDF/A-3 format and comply with the audit-proof archiving required by the tax authorities. One e-mail is sent for each invoice that is legally valid even without a digital signature.
