Confidential documents are collected in REISSWOLF e.l.sy. security containers.
The security containers are collected by a customer employee or by our authorised REISSWOLF employee and taken to the vehicle.
Our employee will take over the container. The rear blind of the vehicle is opened, the container is placed on the platform and weighed.
The container data is read out.
Only after the rear blind has been closed, will the container automatically unlock and be transferred to the REISSWOLF Mobile. Shredder. – access from outside is not possible.
The data is secured and fully automatically emptied into the into the four-shaft shredder. The shredding process in accordance with DIN 66399 can be monitored by video at any time.
The empty security container closes automatically. The data, shredded in accordance with DIN 66399 and the GDPR, enters the hermetically sealed interior of the vehicle.
Only then will the rear blind open and our REISSWOLF employee removes the empty security container and hands it back to the customer’s employee. The process is recorded.
The shredded material is transported to our premises for the final recycling process – including seamless GPS tracking.
The certificate of destruction is issued and sent to the customer for the required documentation under data protection regulations.
All REISSWOLF employees have signed a confidentiality agreement in accordance with the GDPR as well as a non-disclosure agreement as part of order processing for those subject to professional secrecy.
